Steps to Get Approved for Lake Access

Before you receive your boat ramp code and HOA watercraft decals, make sure you’ve completed the following:

  1. Register your watercraft with the state
(We’ll ask for your registration ID later)

  2. Register your watercraft with the HOA

  3. Agree to the Lake Rules

Already completed some of these? Great — choose the option below that best describes where you’re at:

2025 NPL HOA Lake Sticker

After review, your ramp code will be emailed, and your lake decal will be delivered to your home. Lake stickers must be placed on your boat once you are on the water. You should place the Newport Landing lake sticker on the back-right side of your boat.

That area is called the “starboard aft” in boating terms, but just think of it as:

  • “Starboard” = right side when you're facing forward (the same direction your boat moves),

  • “Aft” = back of the boat.

Ensure it’s visible on the right-hand rear side of your boat’s outer hull. Make sure it’s easy to see when your boat is in the water.

For the 2025 boating season, all boat ramp codes have been reset. To receive your new code and lake decal, all watercraft must be registered.

If you plan to use a delivery service to place your boat on the lake, please plan ahead. The HOA is not responsible for delays, and all homeowners are expected to register their watercraft prior to delivery.
